Hi. My hen is laying eggs that have a smear of blood on them. She seems happy enough otherwise. A few weeks back she had runny poo so we gave her some ivomec and that sorted that out. But now the blood..
I would appreciate any advice

Not usually considered a problem. She may have laid a slightly bigger egg than normal, or a rough shelled egg and made a little split in the tissue at the edge of her Cloaca. It should settle down again.
Make sure she has access to oyster shell grit on an ad-lib basis so that the shell she produces has the best chance of being strong and smooth. She will know if or when she needs it and will take it as required.
