Ever feel like you're missing out on an important part of chicken-keeping....?

I particularly liked the photos in this entry, where she invites friends to come and drink with her chickens:

Pea (?), Martha (L Sussex), Bess (Australorp), Elsa (Orp), Petal (B'velder), Dottie (Sp Sussex), Olive (Welsummer), Peggy (W Leghorn), Gertie (SLW), Maureen & Doreen (NHB), Hazel & Tilly (SPW), Lilly & Ivy (Orps) and Silver Appleyard ducks!

Ha ha - I had actually forgotten about this website. Nice to re-discover it.

I am very impressed with their backyard coop (https://www.drinkingwithchickens.com/bl ... d-the-coop)

It seems really well designed, and I'd never think of wallpapering the walls, but it's actually probably not a bad idea for avoiding hiding places for mites. I am now plotting whether my coop needs a makeover, although I doubt I'd ever get round to that, nice as it would look....!
